Very quiet en suite twin-bedded rooms, including private bathroom with shower, without telephone, or television. Room rates, including breakfast, services and taxes:

• Single occupancy - 7,000 PTE/day
• Double occupancy - 10,000 PTE/day

Booking of these rooms can only be made through the ESBES2 Local Organization. Full payment is required on Registration.

Rooms will be allocated on a first come, first served basis, according to availability. Participants are requested to check ESBES2 WEB SITE for ROOM AVAILABILITY. This information will be updated daily.

In the event of payment being sent and rooms being sold out, the booking will be transferred to Hotel Tuela. Delegates will be responsible for the direct payment to the Hotel of the corresponding cost differences.

Cancellations/refunds Accommodation payments will be 80% refundable for cancellations up to 30th August. Bank charges will be deducted from refunds. Non-appearance or later changes by delegates will involve total loss of deposit.
