Extended Abstracts
The extended abstracts accepted for CHEMPOR 2008 will be published in
the Book of Abstracts and the full papers will be published
in the Conference CD. Both will be distributed at
registration to all participants. The authors are kindly
requested to follow the guidelines for abstracts and papers
submission. These guidelines can be viewed
bellow or can be downloaded
in
PDF format.
Extended abstracts of two A4 pages must be online submitted
not later than March 31st using the CHEMPOR Conference
Management Service based on the following workflow:
-
Access the CHEMPOR Conference Management
Toolkit
at
https://cmt.research.microsoft.com/CHEMPOR2008/
-
Register or login using your e-mail address
-
Follow the submission steps:
-
Insert title
-
Insert authors'
information
-
Select subject areas (topics of interest)
-
Upload extended abstract (.PDF or .DOC format).
-
Also, you need to specify in your
preference for "poster" or "oral" presentation format.
There is a limited number of oral presentations
available. If an author chooses "oral", but the paper is
not accepted as an oral presentation, that paper can be
presented as a poster. The Scientific Program Committee
makes all final decisions regarding presentation format.
Faxed abstracts and abstracts not
submitted in the proper format will be rejected. Abstracts
must be submitted in English. Authors should
indicate the topic that best suits their paper. This topic
will be used to categorize the abstract in the most
appropriate session.
Papers submission
The deadline for submission of the full text papers (max 6 A4 pages) for publication
in the Conference CD is July 15th. The papers must be submitted
via the
Conference Management
Toolkit using the "Camera Ready" edit link.
Faxed papers and papers not submitted in the proper
format will be rejected.
Selected papers will be published after peer-reviewed in one
of the following journals depending on the subject:
See our dedicated
page for submitting manuscripts for
Special Issues.
